Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso & Bourbon Glazed Wings

Step 1:

24 chicken wings, disjointed
1/3 cup Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™

  • Toss the wings in the Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™ until well coated
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour.

Step 2:

1 cup Bourbon
½ cup maple syrup
¼ cup Honey
2 tbsp. Cider vinegar

  • In a small/medium saucepan on stove, reduce bourbon by half.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 min.
  • Dip the wings in the sauce…bake at 350 degrees for 15 min until glaze is set.
