Buzzed Up Grilled Corn on the Cob

8 ears of fresh sweet corn
Ball of butchers twine
1 Stick of unsalted butter, melted
4 teaspoons Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub

  • Peel Back the corn husks, but don’t remove. 
  • Using a vegetable brush, remove all corn silk. 
  • Pull husks back over corn, and tie the top closed with the butchers twine. 
  • Soak corn in salted water for 2 hours. 
  • Place on a medium heat grill, and close lid, turning every 5 min. for 15 min. 
  • Handling the hot corn with kitchen towels, pull of the husks and pour melted butter over corn. 
  • Dust each ear with “The Buzz”. 
  • Serve hot.
