Chef Bobby Buzz Veggie Chili with Hominy

1 # 10 can Hominy
2 lbs Onion 
2 lbs Red Peppers 
1\4 c. Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™
½ c Garlic minced
1 #10 can chef style Tomato
1 c Olive Oil blend   
4 c Water
1 can Black# 10 Beans, juice reserved 
Salt and Pepper to season

  • Add peppers and onions to pan, sauté in olive oil.
  • When vegetables begin to color, add Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™ and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add tomatoes, juice from kidney beans, water.
  • Simmer for 15 min and juice has thickened.
  • Add kidney beans and hominy.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
