1 lb fresh mushrooms
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™

  • Slice fresh mushrooms. 
  • Put olive oil in a non stick frying pan and heat till it just starts to smoke or until the fire trucks show up .
  • Add the mushrooms all at once and continue to cook over the highest heat you can get out of your hottest burner.
  • Add Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™.
  • Cook for 2-3 min or just till the shrooms start to get brown.
