Buzzed Up Shrimp

1 lb. large shrimp
2 – 3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™

  • Peel and de-vein the shrimp, or you can leave the shells on if you want them to taste even better and don’t mind licking your fingers, or somebody else’s……
  • Over moderate heat melt 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan.  Allow the butter to start to brown a little and add the shrimp all at one time.
  • Add 1 tablespoon Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™ and toss shrimp in butter and rub mix.
  • Cook for about 4 min over high heat….they will taste like lobster…don’t ask my why?  It must be magic.
