1 lb. large shrimp
2 – 3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™
Peel and de-vein the shrimp, or you can leave the shells on if you want them to taste even better and don’t mind licking your fingers, or somebody else’s……
Over moderate heat melt 2 or 3 tablespoons of butter in a large frying pan. Allow the butter to start to brown a little and add the shrimp all at one time.
Add 1 tablespoon Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™ and toss shrimp in butter and rub mix.
Cook for about 4 min over high heat….they will taste like lobster…don’t ask my why? It must be magic.
