½ inch thick strip steaks
olive oil
1 tsp Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™

  • Brush steaks with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle with ½ teaspoon Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™ per side.
  • Broil over moderate hot grill or saute in pre-heated cast iron pan for about 3 minutes on each side for medium rare.

Chef Bobby Buzz Chimichurri Sauce

You will find a million uses for this sauce, add to mayonaise for sandwiches, top grilled meats, as a pizza topping, with pasta, fold into cooked rice….this is awesome.

This sauce doesn't contain Chef Bobby Buzz Espresso Rub™, but it serves as a wonderful complement to foods cooked with my Espresso Rub, such as the steaks listed above.

16 cloves garlic chopped fine
1 bunch parsley stemmed and chopped fine
2 bunches cilantro stemmed and chopped fine
1 ½ c olive oil
4 tbsp sherry
4 tbsp wine vinegar
4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp crushed red pepper

  • Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning.
  • Serve at room temperature, but store in the refrigerator
